Because that’s the thing about Scooby-Doo: The bad guys in every episode aren’t monsters, they’re liars.
I can’t imagine how scandalized those critics who were relieved to have something that was mild enough to not excite their kids would’ve been if they’d stopped for a second and realized what was actually going on. The very first rule of Scooby-Doo, the single premise that sits at the heart of their adventures, is that the world is full of grown-ups who lie to kids, and that it’s up to those kids to figure out what those lies are and call them on it, even if there are other adults who believe those lies with every fiber of their being. And the way that you win isn’t through supernatural powers, or even through fighting. The way that you win is by doing the most dangerous thing that any person being lied to by someone in power can do: You think.

We spend a lot of time on the internet admiring cats that I think sometimes we forget that lions, leopards, and other carnivores were likely very real threats to our early hominid ancestors.
Big cats are wild animals.
This gif is probably from one of the tiger preserves where workers ride elephants around to 1) cover more ground, and 2) protect them from being attacked by the tigers they’re trying to conserve. Tigers usually don’t like attacking head on, so this beast must be really upset about something. Scary stuff.

I love Kickstarter. I think that’s clear to people who know me by now? I love it. There’s a dude named Brad Muir and he works at Double Fine and I love the games they make, so much. But before Kickstarter, every time a Double Fine game came out I was a little worried it would be their last,…

I just reported this project, and I suggest you read this and do the same.

HANNIBAL

I like “Hannibal” the TV show, and I am fully invested in the story, but I hope they continue and tell the Red Dragon story, because they are changing so many things. They even used the way Will Graham catches Hannibal originally, but with a FBI trainee who then gets killed.

Also, is there going to be a season two? Because how the frik is anyone going trust Will after the set up for the finale? And how is he going to trust Hannibal if they want to continue what has been going on this season?

So many questions!
