Christmas Prepararations

This morning I put chicken wings and stock vegetables in to roast to prepare a meaty stock/base for our Christmas gravy, prepared a flavoured butter (with cranberries, sage, thyme and rosemary) to keep the turkey moist during roasting, made three trays of stuffing balls and candied nuts to decorate the Christmas cake, whilst my mum marzipanned the cake and made mince pies.
